The firewall between money and rankings

Commercial arrangements never affect our Trust Score™, our reviews, or our Best-Of rankings. Scores are calculated by a fixed formula applied identically to every exchange, whether or not we have a commercial relationship with them.

• Affiliate relationships do not change any score or ranking position.
• Any sponsored or featured placement is clearly labelled as such and kept separate from editorial rankings.
• We disclose affiliate links on the pages where they appear.

Why we do it this way

Trust is the whole point of this site. A review platform is only useful if its verdicts are honest, so we would rather protect that than chase a short-term commission. If you ever feel a review reads as anything other than independent, please tell us.
